“It is obvious that the terrorist attack on Belgorod and the death of our citizens is a bloody crime of the Bandera bastards out of impotence to change something on the front,” Medvedev believes.
At the same time, the vice president noted that kyiv is waiting for Russian retaliatory measures that would turn the center of the Ukrainian capital “into a semblance of the Gaza Strip,” but stressed that this will not happen.
“We are not them,” he said.
Medvedev also promised that those who gave the order to bomb Belgorod would “burn under their feet” and that the Russian Armed Forces would continue their combat work.
On December 30, the Ukrainian Armed Forces attacked Belgorod with cluster munitions and Czech MLRS rockets. The attack killed at least 14 people: 12 adults and two children.
It soon became known that Russian troops had begun a powerful bombardment of targets in Kharkov, which was heard in Belgorod.
