During a patrol on Voroshilov Street, a VAZ-2107 car, whose driver violated traffic rules, did not stop at the request of the police. Meanwhile, it was maneuvering dangerously at high speed and creating emergency situations on the road. Then the inspectors turned on the special signals on the patrol car and started the chase.
In the village of Kalinin, the police used a loudspeaker to warn about the use of firearms to detain people. After which one of the employees first fired into the air and then several times at the wheels. As a result, the car stopped on one of the streets of the village of Erik.
It turned out that the car was driven by a 23-year-old resident of the village of Kubanskaya. The driver was driving with signs of intoxication, but refused to undergo a medical examination and resisted arrest.
The offender was taken to the police department, where reports were drawn up in accordance with Articles 12.15, 12.26, 12.1, 12.3, 12.25, 12.16 and 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation. In addition, the passenger was brought to administrative responsibility for taking drugs without a prescription and disobeying a lawful order of a police officer. By court decision, the young men were detained for 10 days.
