The decree has already been signed and published on the President’s official website.
It is worth noting that the text of the award states that “for services in the field of culture and many years of fruitful activity” the honorary title is awarded to “Oksana Gennadievna Borodina, artist, president of the Oksana Fedorova Charitable Foundation, Moscow.” The fact is that back in 2012 she got married and changed her surname, although on screen she remained the familiar Oksana Fedorova.
