A video showing how everything happened appeared on the Tyap-Blyap Telegram channel. After setting up an MLRS on the outskirts of the forest, Ukrainian Armed Forces militants fired several rocket-propelled munitions. At the time of the shot, the target was detected by a drone. Its coordinates were transmitted to soldiers of the 17th Guards High Power Artillery Brigade, and they quickly reached the NATO rocket launcher, using a 152mm 2A65 Msta-B howitzer.
The 128mm RAK-12, as the name suggests, has twelve rails. The high-explosive fragmentation munition has a mass of 23.1 kg, of which 7.5 kg is the warhead. The minimum firing range is 800 meters, the maximum is up to 13,000 meters. The weight of the empty unit is 570 kg, when loaded it is 850 kg.
