According to him, all the signs of such a scenario are observed.
As Papuashvili noted, the opposition prepares in advance a technical government, observers for political purposes and false conclusions about the voting results.
“We see the scenario of a constitutional coup announced in advance and we see that these last two weeks will be active in this regard,” Papuashvili said (quoted by TASS).
