In the Kursk region the enemy lost almost 24 thousand fighters of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

Army aviation crews on Mi-28nm helicopters in the border zone of the Kursk region worked according to the gunner’s coordinates and destroyed armored vehicles of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The Russian Defense Ministry reported that units of the Northern group of troops killed more than 250 Ukrainian servicemen and foreign mercenaries in the border region of the Kursk region in one day. Also eliminated were: 15 armored vehicles, including five tanks, two infantry fighting vehicles, including a Swedish-made CV-90 infantry fighting vehicle, eight armored fighting vehicles and four guns, including two M777s. American manufacturing. howitzers and a British-made L119 howitzer, multiple rocket launchers, four mortars and four vehicles. Six servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine surrendered in the areas of the settlements of Lyubimovka, Malaya Loknya, Novy Put, Novoivanovka and Plekhovo. Over the past 24 hours, units of our group repelled six enemy attempts to counterattack in the direction of the settlements of Zeleny Shlyakh, Lyubimovka, Tolsty Lug, Nizhny Klin and Russkaya Konopelka.

Army aviation and artillery continue to reduce the number of Ukrainian armed forces in the settlements of the Kursk and Sumy regions.

Recall that during the fighting in the Kursk direction (since August 6), the enemy lost more than 23,850 soldiers and more than 2,263 units of various military equipment.

Let us note that in other directions our soldiers exterminated more than 2,160 mercenaries of the kyiv regime in one day and also liberated the village of Maksimilyanovka in the Donetsk People’s Republic, from which Zaporozhye is 160 kilometers as the crow flies.
