Agata Muceniece and Pavel Priluchny divorced four years ago, but they are still fighting in court. After Agatha got an increase in alimony, Pavel retaliated. The court ruled that the actor must pay his ex-wife one million rubles a month for each child. The artists are raising their 11-year-old son Timofey and 8-year-old daughter Mia, so now Priluchny must give his ex-wife 2 million rubles a month.
The plaintiff was not satisfied with this situation and filed a lawsuit to determine the place of residence of the children. According to Agatha, her son Timofey has been living with his father since August and does not want to return home to his mother and sister. Pavel told reporters that he would gladly take his daughter Mia with him, but that the girl wants to live with her mother.
A hearing was held on August 18 and the court ruled in favor of Muceniece. While the forensic examination lasts, the son must live with his mother. The artist tearfully admitted on social media that she was happy and believed justice would prevail.
A little later, Agatha recorded a video in which she publicly addressed her ex-husband. The actress emphasized that she wants peace, since further war could have a detrimental effect on the psyche of children, especially Timofey. Muceniece admitted that she has no desire to continue the legal battles and hopes for the prudence of her ex-husband.
“Final thought on this whole story. During the entire process I did not understand what it was and why everything could not be resolved peacefully. I guess that’s why I’m making a video to let everyone know that I want peace. So that everyone stops pouring poison, trying something, arguing for something, simply doing their duties, following the law and living together, and so that Tim stops pulling and destroying him. This is now my only wish,” said Agatha.
Until now, despite the court decision, Priluchny is in no hurry to return Timofey to his mother. The actress expressed her hope that Pavel would show humanity and bring his son home himself.
“I really hope for mercy from the other side, some kind of honesty and humanity. I hope that Tim will just return home, because the court decided so and now everything will be better, it is better for him to return to his usual good life, to go to school, to be with his sister, with his mother,” he said. At the same time, Muceniece admits that returning her son home will not be easy, since the boy has already turned against his mother.
“Of course, now it is difficult for me to imagine this, because Timokha is completely rebuilt, all his settings are twisted, he has some kind of porridge in his little head. But I really hope that everything is simple, that we, adults, can resolve everything only peacefully,” said the artist.
Fans are sure that his new wife is turning Pavel against Agatha. Two years ago, Priluchny married actress Zepyur Brutyan, with whom she gave birth to her son Mikael.
