In his words, oil and gas revenues in 2025 will account for 27% of the budget, in 2027 – 23%.
“If you consider the budget system as a whole, the proportion of income that does not depend on oil and gas is 90%,” he noted.
Siluanov stressed that the non-oil and gas deficit is decreasing. In 2025 it will be 5.5% and in 2027, around 5%. This is the best result since the pre-Covid era, the minister added.
Previously, the head of the Ministry of Finance reported that the department intends to use non-oil and gas revenues to support the economy.
