It turned out that from January 2022 to May 2023, officials of the Ministry of Labor and Social Development of North Ossetia-Alania, without competitive methods of identifying a supplier, concluded 53 government contracts with a single supplier for the supply of goods totaling more than 35 million rubles.
Based on the results of an inspection conducted by the Directorate of the FSB of Russia for North Ossetia-Alania, a criminal case was opened with the prosecutor’s office of the republic under paragraph “d” of part 3 of article 286 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Exceeding official powers by a group of persons by prior conspiracy.”
It should be recalled that the day before, the head of North Ossetia, Sergei Menyailo, confirmed the information that appeared in the media about the detention of the Minister of Labor and Social Development of the government of the republic, Alina Aidarova.
