The world premiere of the documentary “Elton John: It’s Never Too Late” took place at the 49th Toronto International Film Festival. The film is an intimate look at the singer’s life and career through the lens of his 2022 Yellow Brick Road farewell tour.
The project was directed by R. Jay Cutler and David Furnish. “It’s exciting and scary,” Furnish told Reuters at the premiere. He also produced the 2019 Elton biopic Rocket Man. A limited theatrical run of the film begins on November 15.
Recall that the premiere of the film “A Time to Live” with Florence Pugh and Andrew Garfield in the lead roles took place at the Toronto Film Festival. Directed by John Crowley. The film will be released on October 11.
