As reported by the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the region, the fire in an apartment on the first floor of a three-storey building on Moskovskaya Street occurred late in the evening. Rescuers extinguished the fire in about 45 minutes, but the room was completely damaged by the fire. The body of the owner of the house was found in the bed: a 60-year-old woman was treated on an outpatient basis with a broken leg and could not move on her own.
The cause of the fire is still being determined. One of the versions is that the fire was caused by carelessness while smoking.
