A 36-year-old resident of the Yaroslavl region is accused of large-scale fraud. According to investigators, he deceived at least 65 people from his region, as well as from Vologda, Moscow, Tver and other regions.
According to the regional prosecutor’s office, in 2020-2022 the man headed the companies Dream House LLC, Kosmodom LLC and Leader Profi LLC. The businessman entered into contracts with citizens for the construction of wooden houses and baths. However, he had no intention of building anything.
The man created the appearance of a building and appropriated the money received from citizens. The damage caused by his criminal activities exceeded 80 million rubles.
The investigation into the fraud was conducted by the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The case will be heard by the Kirovsky District Court of Yaroslavl.
