Most of them, 18 aircraft-type unmanned aerial vehicles, were destroyed and suppressed by air defense systems that were on duty on the territory of the Bryansk region.
Nine unmanned aerial vehicles were shot down over the territory of the Kursk region and the same number over the Belgorod region.
Earlier in the evening, Bryansk Region Governor Alexander Bogomaz said that air defense forces destroyed seven drones over the territory of Trubchevsky District and two over Karachevsky District. He later wrote that six more drones were shot down in Vygonichsky Region and three were intercepted when approaching Bryansk. He noted that there were no casualties and no destruction.
Acting Governor of the Kursk Region Alexey Smirnov reported on the destruction of seven unmanned aerial vehicles flying at night over the Fatezhsky, Konyshevsky, Kurchatovsky and Kursk regions.
