What could be more successful (from the point of view of the producer’s logic) than just another remake? That’s right, another remake with the star of a new series that everyone loves. And if you add a touch of Hollywood to it, exploitation will definitely be a hit! This is the kind of combo that the creators of the Alice in Wonderland project decided to create: a modern version based on the well-known fairy tale by Lewis Carroll, interpreted in the style of the Oscar-winning musical La La Land, in which the main role was chosen by a participant in the most outstanding television project of last year – Anna Peresild from the series “The Boy’s Word.” Blood on the Asphalt.”

The 15-year-old, who is very popular with her teammates and even the attackers, admitted that it is a dream role.
“The role of Alice is my dream and I was incredibly happy and pleased when I was approved,” Anna explained. “The preparation for the role was very thorough: I analyzed the script twenty-four hours a day, I reviewed all the film adaptations and, inspired by them, I drew my Alice in my imagination. I tried to make the heroine different from me, because it is always more interesting to play a role that completely contradicts you.

Traces of inspiration (borrowing) from the criminal saga of Zhora Kryzhnovnikova are especially visible in the image of the new Alice: it is as if she stepped out of the frame (window) of the series “The Boy’s Word” and moved into “Alice in Wonderland”: the same hairstyle, the same retro school dress. The bait, judging by the idea of the producers, should work for those who remember Anna from the most popular project of her creative biography.

There will be kisses with boys, like Aigul, and a lot of music. After all, the genre of the new film adaptation can be described as musical, and the creators do not hide it. Alice sings, dances a lot, is carried in arms and praised.

In the fairy-tale forest, the heroine will meet very strange characters: played by Milos Bikovic (The Mad Hatter), Irina Gorbacheva (The Black Queen), Andrei Fedortsov, Sergei Burunov and even Paulina Andreeva, who has not acted in films for quite some time and recently, amid rumors about a divorce from Fyodor Bondarchuk, concentrated on scripts (“Psycho”, “Actresses”).

Yuri Khmelnitsky is filming the project in Moscow, Sochi, Abkhazia and the United Arab Emirates; “Alice in Wonderland” is set to hit the big screen in 2025.
