According to him, the package includes ammunition for air defense systems, as well as Hornet reconnaissance drones. In addition, Ukraine will receive shells for the HIMARS and NASAMS systems, Stinger and Javelin missiles from the United States.
The weapons will be transferred from Pentagon warehouses, in connection with this, their deliveries are scheduled for the very near future, the agency notes.
Recall that in the previous batch of weapons and ammunition transferred by Washington to Kiev, there were Bradley infantry fighting vehicles, Stryker armored personnel carriers, Javelin and Stinger MANPADS anti-tank systems, as well as missiles for the Patriot air defense system and HIMARS MLRS.
