Late last week, the industry, and with it the BURO. editorial team, was shocked by the news that Glenn Martens was leaving Y/Project. The designer spent 11 years at the helm of the brand, during which his name became inseparable from it (although Martens also runs Diesel at the same time). And while such a turn could have been foreseen following the recent death of founder and CEO Gilles Elalouf, this does not lessen the sadness.
