The Russian boxer’s opponent in the 8-round fight will be Hungarian Roland Galos, a participant in the Tokyo Olympics and undefeated in the professional ring.
As part of the IBA Night of Champions tournament in Ufa, Danis Gabdrafikov will also hold a 6-round qualifying bout in the weight class up to 67 kg, who will face the bronze medalist of the 2023 World Championships, Michelt Battumir of Mongolia. And the two-time Russian champion and winner of the 2024 BRICS Games, Azalia Amineva, will make her debut in the professional ring. In a 6-round qualifying bout in the 66 kg category, she will face Rehema Abdallah of Tanzania.
The August 8 show will be organised by the International Boxing Association (IBA) with the support of the Russian Boxing Federation. Match TV will broadcast the fights live.
