– The budget of the region has been increased not only at the expense of federal funds – 2.8 billion rubles, but also at the expense of income taxes received from organizations – by 2 billion. The latest figure is an indicator that business in the Lipetsk region and in Russia in general is developing quite successfully. Despite the sanctions, the enterprises generate income, which means there is additional income, – said Dmitry Averov, Chairman of the Lipetsk Regional Council of Deputies.
The lion’s share of funds received from the federal budget – 2.3 billion rubles – are funds allocated for the development of urban transport in Lipetsk, for the improvement and lighting of roads.
– A significant amount, 1.8 billion rubles, came to us from the federal budget within the framework of the Movista, Regions, Lipetsk concession. We bring it to the municipal budget to buy rolling stock with these funds and start the reconstruction of the tracks, – added the president of the regional council. – In addition, 500 million rubles will be used to buy electric buses and create a charging infrastructure for them.
In addition, the region received funds to reimburse the costs of grain producers – almost 238 million rubles. At the expense of a budget loan from the federal treasury, the department of housing and communal services receives more than 1.2 billion rubles for the construction of water supply networks in the Zvezdny microdistrict of Lipetsk, as well as in the Sloboda residential complex and the village . from Kosyrevka.
The regional road fund of the region has been increased by another 500 million rubles. The additional funds are used to build a highway in the village of Lenino in the Lipetsk region and a section of the second stage of the eastern Lipetsk ring road in the Gryazinsky region.
About 236 million rubles were allocated for the construction of heat supply networks in the area of the Experimental Station, FAP, in the village of Krutogorye in the Lipetsk region, the village of Malinki in the Dankovsky region and in the village of Sovkhoz Peskovatsky in the Gryazinsky region.
At the expense of tax and non-tax revenues from the regional treasury, half a million will be allocated in the form of subsidies to local budgets, 450 million rubles have been allocated to provide social support measures for NWO participants and their families. Reserve funds will also increase.
Taking these amendments into account, the revenue of the regional budget for 2023 will amount to almost 85.4 billion rubles, the expenses – almost 113.7 billion rubles, and the deficit – more than 28 billion rubles.
Changes have also been made to the budget parameters for 2024. The volume of income and expenses increased by more than 2 billion rubles.
