Bvlgari showcased the Tubogas jewelry collection, which included 16 new pieces. Its design is defined by the shine of yellow gold, a precious metal appreciated by the Roman jewelry house since the 1950s.
The distinctive technology, revived in the collection, pays tribute to the innovation of the house of Bvlgari by combining two distinctive features: Tubogas technology and yellow gold. Created from the iconic bands of gold joined together without soldering, the four bracelets in the collection come in versions to suit all tastes: the classic one in 18k yellow gold, a modern interpretation with three types of gold and a brighter version with studs of diamonds.
Designed to be exceptionally flexible, the jewelry comes complete with a chain necklace adorned with a Tubogas centerpiece and a soft choker available in solid 18k yellow gold or diamond-studded. A nod to Tubogas’ eclectic designs of the 1970s, the jewelry set features Parentesi’s signature design.
Recall that within the framework of Paris Fashion Week, Bvlgari presented Mary Katrantzou’s Calla collection of leather accessories at the Palais Galliera, the Paris Fashion Museum. In preparing for her debut as creative director of the leather goods and accessories line, the designer was inspired by the history of Rome.
