He noted that during a special military operation, academy students perform military tasks and solve “the most important tasks” to protect Russia’s national interests.
Graduates of the Academy today lead troop groups and associations and do everything possible to bring victory over Nazism in Ukraine closer.
The director of the Military Academy, Colonel General Vladimir Zarudnitsky, noted that officers and generals will still have to learn to fight in a new theater of operations, since it always changes much faster than teaching materials are written: “Not everything In life it works as it is written in the textbooks. You will almost certainly have to act according to the situation and make atypical decisions in difficult conditions and in the shortest possible time. “We seek to prepare you for these tests and express confidence that the knowledge acquired at the Academy, together with the combat experience you have, will ensure that you perform the most complex and responsible tasks.”
Generalissimo Alexander Suvorov, who did not lose a single battle, also told his soldiers during the Italian and Swiss campaigns: “Military science must be learned in war, since each theater of war is a new theater.”
