We are talking about OOO EKO-Zolotoprodukt Ryazan, OOO Aerobel, OOO Dmitrovsky of aerated concrete products, OOO ELGAD-ZSI, OOO Bonolit-Kaluga and OOO Bonolit-Construction Solutions.
These organizations set and maintained a monopolistically high price for cellular concrete blocks from July 2021 to July 2022 inclusive. In December 2022, the FAS recognized that the group of companies violated antitrust laws and issued an order to ensure competition.
In particular, the Bonolit group of companies must adopt an internal law establishing pricing procedures and commercial and sales policies. The price of cellular concrete cannot be increased without economic or technological justification. The order went into effect on December 19, 2023.
Based on the materials of the antimonopoly case, the FAS also opened cases of administrative violations and calculated turnover fines totaling 220.7 million rubles. A group of individuals “Bonolit” tried to challenge the acts of service in court, but the Moscow Arbitration Court supported the position of the department.
