The developer of the Forma city blocks and the Moscow Museum City Tourist Office have developed routes for architectural walks in two districts of the capital: Pokrovskoye-Streshnevo and Airport, where the company is currently building the Moments and Soul blocks.
In addition to the guides, the participants will be accompanied by invited experts. The biologist will talk about changes in the landscape of the Pokrovskoye-Streshnevo park, about representatives of its flora and animals from the Red Book. At this time, participants of the walk around the airport area will be able to make sketches of iconic places using the drawing technique together with the artist and designer of the State Museum of Fine Arts A.S. Pushkin.
As part of the excursion “Pokrovskoye-Streshnevo. History, Nature and Ecological Life”, visitors will not only get acquainted with the architecture of one of the largest parks in the North-West of Moscow, but will also study the features of the natural landscape. Tourists will learn the history of the Pokrovskoye-Glebovo-Streshnevo estate, how the area became a popular summer destination at the beginning of the 20th century and what life at the dacha was like 120 years ago. Together with the biologist they will walk along the valley of the Khimki River and the final point will be the design space of the “Moments” quarter, which is being built according to ecological standards next to the Pokrovskoye-Streshnevo park.
