Real estate agents have to add fuel to the fire of interest in Pugacheva’s luxury properties from time to time.

For a year and a half now, the epic has been going on with the sale of the real estate of Alla Pugacheva, who flew to Israel with her husband Maxim Galkin*, who wanted to fight for Hamas. And the cart is still there. First, for a country house in the village of Berezhki (Solnechnogorsk district of the Moscow region) in Istra, furnished in the ridiculous style of “Sochi luxury of the nineties” (vases, chandeliers, columns, statues, spiral staircases, stucco moldings, leopards), patterned carpets, billiards (except that there are not enough elephants on the dresser) with an area of 800 square meters and six bedrooms, they charged three million dollars. Now the price has dropped to 125 million rubles. And even that does not help.

In the United States, the house of any idol, unless they ask for fabulous money, disappears instantly, at least because it is a story that wealthy fans want to touch. But in Russia, it turns out that no one needs the real estate of the diva, which not so long ago they carried in their arms. It is possible that the radical change in people’s attitude towards ABP has played a role.

Therefore, realtors from time to time have to pour gasoline on the fire of interest in Pugacheva’s luxury real estate, which, with the real interest of buyers, would have long since gone (and quietly), and no one would have heard about it. On Telegram channels it was reported that the castle in the village of Gryaz, which was put up for sale for 1 billion rubles, would be demolished. Then this house was “lowered” to 11 million rubles. Then businessman Andrei Kovalev decided to buy this castle “to own” for 150 million rubles. The monster and gravedigger Stas Baretsky announced that he “bought” the house for 450 million rubles. Only, it seems, this is the case when the hero becomes a victim of his own PR: the status and real value of Pugacheva’s real estate have only collapsed as a result of these fake stories in the media.

And now a buyer has allegedly been found for the country house in Istra. For 125 million rubles, that is, 100 million less than the original price. Of course, it is not reported who this lucky person is and why he needs a house with renovations from another era and an elevator near the river for that amount of money. Nobody has paid any collateral, that is, there is no substantial interest in the transaction yet. But they supposedly looked at the object in person and “liked it.” Of course, there is no evidence of this. Alla Borisovna’s circle does not comment on the non-existent deal (probably so as not to scare off the buyer).

“Such ‘almost purchases’ can last for years,” the registrar of real estate transactions, who works closely with Rosreestr, explained to KP. — The task of one of the parties is to reduce the price as much as possible, indicating interest in the object. The task of others is to throw dust in the buyer’s eyes, creating the appearance that there are several people interested in the object at once, and competition will arise between them. Take it quickly and don’t think about it anymore! A kind of bearish game. We are about to buy it. We are about to sell it. How realistic this is will be assessed as soon as the deposit is paid. However, it is not known for certain how many owners the property has, what risks may arise, and the seller’s reputation may also affect the client’s final decision. The examination, if it is not Pugacheva’s fans who just want to live in her house, can also drag on. There have been cases where the deal fell through after the money was deposited into the letter of credit (non-cash form of payment through a bank).
