The world championship will be held in the Czech Republic from May 10 to 26. Representatives from Russia and Belarus have been suspended from competitions sponsored by the International Ice Hockey Federation due to the Ukraine conflict.
Thus, the teams of Russia and Belarus will miss the third consecutive World Cup.
