Garbuzov becomes head of the investment and industrial policy department – Rossiyskaya Gazeta

Following the dismissal of Sergei Levkin, head of Moscow’s urban planning policy department, the mayor appointed Vladislav Ovchinsky, a minister in the Moscow government, as head of the city’s Department of Investment and Industrial Policy.

The vacant post was filled by the former deputy head of this department, Anatoly Garbuzov, who came to this position in 2023 from banking structures, according to the official portal of the mayor.
