He also said that as a result of the strike in the city, the roofs and windows of two apartment buildings were broken and the glass of another was damaged.
Damage was also reported to two social facilities and two commercial facilities.
“Operational services, specialists from construction organisations, administrations and management companies are working on the ground,” the governor said on his Telegram channel.
It was previously reported that five people were killed and at least 37 were injured as a result of the attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
