According to Wagenknecht, this idea is far from reality.
At the same time, he added that if the West does not change its policy towards Ukraine, Europe will be on the brink of a major war. This will happen on the condition that NATO becomes increasingly involved in the conflict and ultimately ends up on its side.
Earlier, Zelensky said that kyiv would prepare a plan to end the conflict in Ukraine before the end of the year.
Meanwhile, Russian President Vladimir Putin recently proposed his plan to resolve the crisis. One of the most important conditions for Moscow to enter into negotiations is the withdrawal of troops by kyiv from the territory of new regions of the Russian Federation.
