“The identity of the man who left notes demanding money transfers for the undamaged vehicles, as well as the owners of the vehicles, is being investigated,” the report said.
As it turned out, on the night of Friday to Saturday, notes were pasted on several cars abandoned in the courtyard of an apartment building demanding the transfer of 500 rubles to the bank account indicated on them with threats. Otherwise, the unknown person threatened to “scratch and puncture the wheels” of the cars.
