This project is considered one of the largest and most complex long-term construction projects in the Krasnodar region. Construction began in 2014, but work on the site was stopped in 2016. In 2021, construction was continued by a new general contractor.
Deputy Head of Krasnodar Vladimir Arkhipov wished the happy new residents good health and prosperity.
“Let me congratulate you all on behalf of the head of Krasnodar, Evgeny Naumov. He personally, together with the team of the construction department, made great efforts to solve this, perhaps one of the most pressing problems of defrauded shareholders in Krasnodar,” said the deputy head of the Kuban capital.
The completion of problematic residential buildings in Krasnodar is the result of work carried out by the regional and city administrations, together with the prosecutor’s offices of the region and the regional center, on the orders of the Governor of Kuban.
This year, 11 emergency homes have already been relocated within the framework of the municipal program.
There are 56 apartments and one non-residential premises. Of these, 15 families moved to new housing. The rest received monetary compensation for their property. Unsafe houses are subject to demolition. As Evgeny Naumov noted, Krasnodar is a city with a long history. But not all buildings need to be preserved.
Some, on the contrary, require urgent demolition. Because they are not safe. Here is an apartment building on the second passage that bears her name. Stasova, 87 years old. This year she is already 65 years old! Can you imagine how many generations of Krasnodar residents grew up in this building? But the house is in a bad state, that is why we moved all eight apartments. And we will remove it before the end of the year,” the head of Krasnodar wrote.
Evgeny Naumov added that it is still necessary to think about how the land will be used when it is released, taking into account the wishes of the residents and the benefits for the development of the city.

The house is being relocated within the framework of the Krasnodar Territory’s targeted programme “Resettlement of citizens from the emergency housing stock for 2019-2024” of the national project “Housing and urban environment”. Last year, Krasnodar was one of the first municipalities in the region to complete its implementation ahead of schedule. 295 houses were relocated, in which almost 800 people live.
Also in 2023, within the framework of the municipal program, 25 premises were relocated to 11 emergency apartment buildings.
