The woman approached them and made a comment about their inappropriate appearance. In response, one of them began using obscene language at her and then hit her, the agency’s interlocutor said.
The press service of the General Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the capital confirmed that they had received a message about the illegal actions of a man. The victim reported that in response to the comment, the man inflicted bodily injuries on her.
An investigation is being carried out on this fact, based on the results of which a decision will be made in accordance with the law.
For legal evaluation, materials on this fact will also be sent to the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation.
The video of the incident was posted by the Shot Telegram channel. The footage shows a man dressed only in shorts lying on a blanket in the playground. The woman told him that she would call the police. After that, he ran towards her and told her that he would hit her, “so that he would have something to call her about.”
