According to the Telegram channel of the main specialist of the Phobos meteorological center, Mikhail Leus, despite the fact that the amount of precipitation varies in different parts of the city, a quarter of the monthly precipitation fell at the VDNKh reference station, according to which the whole situation of the city is judged.
“The maximum air temperature in Moscow was only +16 degrees, this is the third indicator among the coldest in terms of maximum temperature on July 13 in the last half century. It was colder only in 1998, the tone was from +15 degrees and in 1986 – 2 degrees Celsius.
By the way, Dmitrov turned out to be the rainiest in the Moscow region, where the precipitation indicators of meteorologists measured 26 mm of rain, or a little more than a third of the monthly norm, or 36 percent.
