The chairman of the Arkhangelsk Regional Assembly of Deputies, Ekaterina Prokopyeva, spoke about this today: “In the Year of the Family, we continue to improve measures to support large families,” noted the chairman of the regional parliament. “We give families the opportunity to live. visit museums, cultural and recreational parks and exhibitions in the Arkhangelsk region for free, regardless of where you live.”

The benefit will be provided in both state and municipal institutions. The regional assembly also reported that the bill was presented by the governor of the Arkhangelsk region, Alexander Tsybulsky, and was considered today in the parliamentary session in two readings. And the conditions and procedure for the free visit of large families to cultural centers will be determined by the Pomeranian government.

In the same bill, deputies clarified the category of families that are entitled to a cash payment in exchange for free land. If before they could only count on large families with three or more minor children, now with children under 18 and (or) up to 23 years old, subject to their full-time education at a university or college. In addition, families will now be able to use these funds for the down payment of a loan, including a mortgage, as well as to pay the principal amount of the debt and (or) pay the interest on the loan. Please note that in the Arkhangelsk region the payment amount ranges from 210 thousand to 310 thousand rubles and directly depends on how many children the family raises.

The updated status of large families also allows families with children under 23 years of age to be included in the lists of housing construction cooperatives created in the Arkhangelsk region. In addition, the session approved for the first time a legislative framework that will allow, with the participation of companies, to develop special programs for families with many children, in particular, to offer families discounts on necessary goods.
