According to the regional rescue service, on Monday evening some children were playing in a transformer cabin on Zerkalnaya Street and one of them died from electrocution. Rescuers pulled the child out of the cabin and took him to the hospital in a car from the disaster medicine center.
The information is confirmed by the regional department of the Investigative Committee and the prosecutor’s office. According to these departments, the incident occurred in a transformer cabin at the intersection of Vtoraya Prokatnaya and Zerkalnaya streets, the child suffered burns. The child was hospitalized.
Law enforcement officials are investigating the circumstances of the incident.
