Authorities said it was a suicide attack. More than 10 people were killed.

Eyewitnesses said that after the explosion, the bodies of the dead were scattered on the ground and the building partially collapsed.
In February this year, explosions rocked a market in Mogadishu, killing 10 people. More than 20 injured people were taken to hospital. Several buildings were damaged and shops destroyed.
A week later, information emerged that the United States would help Somalia fight terrorist cells. Five military bases will appear in five cities of the African country, where American instructors will train local military personnel. The memorandum of cooperation signed by the parties is aimed at strengthening the national army of Somalia.
