Employees of the Federal Security Service and units of the Ministry of Defense of Russia attached to them destroyed a group of heavily armed saboteurs in the Starodubsky border district of the Bryansk region.
“An attempt to penetrate the territory of the Russian Federation by a Ukrainian sabotage and reconnaissance group has been thwarted. Four saboteurs were destroyed,” the Russian FSB reported.
It should be noted that in the images of the scene of the confrontation, which was distributed by the Russian FSB, you can see the ammunition and weapons of the liquidated mercenaries of the Kiev regime. They are equipped with military uniforms of the NATO model and are armed with standard small arms of special units of Western countries.
In addition, each saboteur carried with him several tens of kilograms of plasticite – sabotage mines with remote fuses, which are armed only with units of military intelligence and the Security Service of Ukraine.
All this suggests that the FSB and the Russian Defense Ministry managed to prevent several serious terrorist attacks at once. And not just attacks on infrastructure and civilians. The weapons found have certain signs of an imminent provocation, in the style of Ukrainian Bandera and Western intelligence agencies.
At the scene of the clash, in addition to foreign weapons, explosive devices, communication and navigation devices, FPV drones with “Property of the FSB of Russia” stickers and Russian symbols were found.
