According to the regional prosecutor’s office, an anti-corruption check has been organized against the head of the Nizhne-Shakhtaminskoye rural settlement.
It was established that the official entered into a lease agreement for a non-residential premises with his wife, a sole proprietor. A woman sells food in the village. The contract was concluded without following competitive procedures, so the prosecutor filed a complaint with the village council. After consideration, the director was dismissed for loss of confidence.
