In the spring of this year, an unpleasant incident occurred: a tree fell on his car during a heavy snowfall. Then representatives of the utility company promised to repair the car and estimated the work at fifty thousand rubles. The owner of the equipment did not agree with this amount and turned to independent experts: they came to a conclusion: the repairs would cost 416 thousand rubles.
A resident of Yekaterinburg has turned to the court to defend his claims.
Curiously, the first meeting failed: a representative of the management company left the room under the gaze of the cameras. At the second court hearing, according to the OTV channel, Femida rejected the utility company’s request for an independent examination, since its representative did not make any deposit, and sided with the plaintiff.
The court ordered the company to compensate the owner of the vehicle in the amount of 416 thousand rubles for material damage. In addition, to pay compensation for moral damage in the amount of 20 thousand rubles and a fine of 200 thousand rubles.
