Increase in communal services in Moscow from July 1, 2024: how much will we pay, what services will become more expensive

Date: June 29, 2024 Time: 08:53:07

The next change in tariffs for housing and communal services awaits Muscovites from July 1 of this year. Let us remember that since January 1, rates for housing services have already increased: social rent and housing maintenance, as well as the contribution for major repairs. Now prices for utilities (electricity, water, heating, gas) will increase. In addition, the “Waste Management” service will also be increased, which is included in the home maintenance rate. On average, rent increases are planned for 11 percent. If we look at individual services, the most notable increase in price is that of cold water (17.4%) and sewage (14.9%).

We publish new prices for utility bills, which will come into force in “old” Moscow from July 1, 2024. We also remind you that rental prices remain the same (according to the Department of Economic Policy and Development of the capital).
