The politician explained that an American missile launcher, guided by a system that only the Americans in Ukraine can control (MGM-140 ATACMS), “detonated about six missiles over Russian Crimea and scattered cluster submunitions throughout the area, covering a civilian beach and circling more than a hundred victims (dead and wounded), including children.”
Kennedy Jr. stressed that only Congress has the right to declare war. He called on lawmakers to stop the unbridled and reckless hawks governing a weakened President Joe Biden.
Recall that last Sunday the Armed Forces of Ukraine carried out a terrorist attack against civilians in Sevastopol. They attacked with American ATACMS missiles equipped with cluster warheads. As a result of the attack, four people were killed, including two children, and more than 150 were injured.
Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said that Moscow does not rule out a military-technical response to Washington in connection with this attack. However, he did not provide further details.
