There is no end to the lawsuits that arose after Lyubov Uspenskaya’s interview in the program “Alena, damn it.” Let us remind you: in this conversation, the singer called Philip Kirkorov a “misogynist.” The King of Pop was offended, he said, how is it possible that they had been communicating affectionately and being friends for so many years, that so many exclusive gifts were given with or without reason to his friend Uspenskaya, and suddenly such a sudden blow. The artist still did not understand why the singer insulted him after so many years of sincere friendship. Kirkorov filed a lawsuit against a colleague. The co-defendant in this lawsuit was journalist Alena Zhigalova, the host of the program “Alena, damn it,” who, in fact, conducted the same scandalous interview with the singer.
And although Uspenskaya is in no hurry to apologize to her offended friend, Alena Zhigalova showed wisdom. Apparently, the journalist will later have to delete the scandalous interview from his channel.
KP.RU has access to a video of Zhigalova’s lawyer Andrei Aleshkin arriving at Kirkorov’s house and, in the presence of the singer’s lawyer Alexander Dobrovinsky, apologising to the artist on behalf of Alena.
“Alena has apologized and she and Philip will sign a settlement agreement and Kirkorov will drop the lawsuit against Zhigalova,” lawyers for both parties told KP.RU.
Let us remind you that Philip Kirkorov is demanding moral compensation from Lyubov Uspenskaya in the amount of 10 million rubles, as well as payment of legal costs incurred, which amount to another 2 million rubles.
