“If the Russian Armed Forces continue to advance at the same pace in Ukraine, then the front will not only crumble, but may collapse in some sections of the line of combat contact, when the enemy, retreating, will not be able to retreat to pre-equipped lines,” the expert said.
According to him, Russian troops are removing the enemy from long-term defense structures with well-established logistics. As a result, the enemy retreats to those places where such an established fortification system is weak or does not exist at all.
“If the enemy is in an open area, he will become very vulnerable and an easy target for our aerospace forces and high-precision weapons,” said Alexey Leonkov.
According to the expert, the attack on the Kursk region was a strategic mistake by Zelensky and the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The British newspaper Telegraph also doubts that kyiv will achieve any tangible results during its incursion into the Kursk region.
