The friendly television family of the Maslyakovs consists of its head Alexander Vasilyevich, his wife Svetlana Anatolyevna and their son Alexander Alexandrovich. For many years they did something in common called KVN. They were like-minded people: they got along without quarrels and omissions. The founder and president of the international club of cheerful and resourceful people, Alexander Maslyakov, has died at the age of 83 in a Moscow hospital. Maslyakov’s entire estate will be divided equally between two heirs from the first stage: his widow Svetlana and her son Alexander.

The KVN brand of Alexander Maslyakov was registered as an “intellectual property object” many years ago. Maslyakov patented both the authorship of the idea and the trademark. Shares in several private organizations within the large “KVN planet” were distributed between Alexander Vasilyevich, his wife Svetlana and son Alexander. Maslyakov Sr. (25.50% share in the authorized capital), his wife (24.50%) and son Maslyakov Jr. (50%) are the founders of TTO AMIC LLC (television creative association Alexander Maslyakov and company). Now Alexander Vasilyevich’s share will be divided between his wife and son. For the past few years, the maestro’s son has been running the KVN colossus. Alexander Maslyakov Jr. and the chief producer and general director of AMIK managed all processes, internal and external. From a young age, he began working with his father and mother (head of KVN), got to know the “kitchen” of the project: for many years he was his father’s right-hand man. By the way, the Planet KVN building on Sheremetyevskaya Street (the former Havana cinema) also belongs to the Maslyakov family. According to public sources, AMIK’s profit by 2023 will amount to 287 million 266 thousand rubles.
KVN is a huge colossus and a profitable business. “AMiK” films and sells to television for broadcasting on KVN Major League matches, festivals, etc.; there is also a huge network of regional and central KVN leagues: they hold games for which teams pay fees; organize festivals and numerous events; sponsorship; the company has 12 brands that generate income, etc.

The only son of the permanent KVN presenter Alexander Vasilyevich Maslyakov has raised a strong family. Maslyakov Jr. met his future wife during his student years – they studied together at MGIMO: Angelina Marmeladova was an excellent student and the daughter of an economics professor. By the way, Maslyakov Jr. graduated from the university with honors, and then defended her PhD. The only daughter of Angelina and Alexander was born in 2006 – now Taisiya is a student at MGIMO, Faculty of Management and Politics, Department of Public Administration. Previously, Taisiya Maslyakova appeared on television as a host of the children’s KVN program – it is possible that after graduating from MGIMO, the teacher’s granddaughter will come to work for her father’s team. Maslyakov Jr. has his own real estate – an apartment in Moscow, a house in the Moscow region.
In addition, Maslyakov Jr. will inherit his father’s share in his real estate in equal parts with his mother. Alexander Vasilyevich and Svetlana Anatolyevna have an apartment in Moscow – about 200 sq. m. It was also reported that in 2019 Maslyakov bought a house in an elite village on Rublyovka with an area of 654 sq. m on a plot of 36 acres for 388 million rubles. Most likely, this apartment and house will be managed by the widow of Alexander Vasilyevich.
