The aim is to introduce a clarification “in relation to a foreign citizen” in some articles of the Criminal Code (CC) of the Kyrgyz Republic. These include: “Causing serious harm to health” (130), “Causing less serious harm to health” (131), “Kidnapping” (165), “Robbery” (205), “Robbery” (206), “Robbery” (207).
Currently, for example, robbery is punishable by imprisonment of two to five years and, in aggravating circumstances, 11 to 15 years.
