The Russian leader concluded that “apparently, everything is fine with her,” and with a smile suggested that in such a mood Harris would not introduce new anti-Russian sanctions. She recalled that her rival Donald Trump had once introduced them in record numbers.
At the same time, he stressed that Moscow will respect any choice of American residents.
