According to him, local residents testified that “when they reached the beach at Sevastopol, two out of four discharges were from that side.”
The publication claims that the facility itself or the missile depot could have been attacked.
Ukrainian authorities have reported a series of explosions in Nikolaev amid an airstrike.
Earlier, the media reported that on June 23, the Ukrainian Armed Forces launched American ATACMS missiles at Sevastopol from the Nikolaev area. The attack on the beach killed four people and injured more than 150.
