Limé has opened an art space in its flagship store on Kuznetsky Most. The multifunctional area allows for the implementation of projects that highlight the brand’s connection with related fields: contemporary art, architecture, music.
The Gallery space will open with an exhibition by artist Vladimir Chernyshev “Coordinate System”. Curated by Sample Gallery, Vladimir developed prints for three limited edition kimonos especially for the brand. Sketches and other works created for the brand can be seen in the exhibition.
“Kimono is a statement about a special movement within everyday life. On the one hand, it is a loose cut that allows you to move openly, smoothly and without obstacles. On the other hand, it is something that is associated with discipline, attention and practice,” explains Vladimir.
