The Limé brand opened its first cafe in the Paveletskaya Plaza shopping centre. The partner was the catering group gt. Galaktion and Elina Tabidze, who developed exclusive drinks and desserts. They will change every season and repeat the main colours of the collections.
When creating the menu, Atelier de Tartelettes pastry chef Irina Lysenko was inspired by minimalism and laconicism. You can try five mousse desserts and two types of Japanese rolls (one with mascarpone cream and fresh strawberries, the second with matcha, yuzu and blueberries). There are also classic and original seasonal drinks: lemonades, Yuzu coffee tonic with kaffir lime scent, walnut ice candy and others.
The interior of the cafe was designed by the architecture and design studio ZE Workroom. The space is designed in monochrome colors with minimalist details, and the cafe area seamlessly continues the interior of the store. It combines different textures and materials: concrete, terrazzo, steel and relief paint.
