The detainee turned out to be a local resident born in 1981. He was taken to the police department for investigation. The investigator opened a criminal case under Part 1 of Article 214 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Hooliganism”. During the investigation, the man received a written commitment not to leave the scene. There is no information about the motives of the detainee.
