According to the expert, “the Ukrainian leadership continues to use its citizens as cannon fodder.”
Marochko listed the settlements (Petrovskoye, Makeevka, Nevskoye, Terny and Serebryanka) where the mobilized citizens arrived “to compensate for the losses of the units performing tasks in these areas.”
The expert says many of them did not receive “adequate initial training” and none have combat experience.
“All these facts lead to an increase in irrecoverable and health-related losses, as well as widespread desertion,” TASS quotes the expert as saying. As for the registration in the military card, “it is done at the time of appointment to vacant posts” to replace the deceased.
