MásMóvil billed 1,479 million euros in the first half of 2023, which represents an increase of 2.5% compared to the same period of the previous year, when the data registered by the company reached 1,443 million euros in billing.
The mobile operator obtained a gross operating profit or Ebitda of 602 million euros, an increase of 11.5% compared to the 540 million euros recorded by the Spanish multinational telecommunications services during the first six months of 2022.
According to the data made public by the company itself this Friday, MásMóvil has achieved an adjusted Ebitda margin of close to 41%, which increased from 37% in the first half of 2022. The company’s net losses amounted to 105.2 million euros.
Less investment in infrastructure
In this context, the company lost net losses of 105.2 million euros, which represents an increase of 63% compared to the 64.4 million euros in the first half of 2022.

On the other hand, the company has indicated that between January and June it invested some 204 million euros in infrastructure and “commercial growth”, 20.6% less than the 257 million euros that it allocated to these issues in the same period of the year. preview.
It touches the 15.7 million customers
Regarding commercial results, the MásMóvil group closed the first half of the year with nearly 15.7 million total lines (broadband and mobile and including Euskaltel), 5% more compared to the 14.9 million customers that it had at the end of the first half of 2022
“The MásMóvil group continued with its good rate of acquisition and added close to 75,000 new broadband lines and 259,000 new mobile postpaid lines”, added the company, which also stressed that these figures have taken place despite the ” difficult conditions of the Spanish telecommunications market”.
